Flying Reptiles -- From Dino to the Hummingbird

The evolutionists continue to pursue the ever-elusive missing link that will prove, and therefore, vindicate their ungodly theory. They continually fail. Time after time after time one evolutionary hypothesis after another is shattered, yet no one in their community blushes. Jeremiah 6:15:

Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.

They go through complicated gyrations to jury-rig their old flawed theories in an effort to save face. They speak with absolute authority, as they publish in their captive media, the assertions that are not facts at all, but simply wishful thinking. They hope that this wishful thinking will do away with the God of the Bible, personal accountability, and a soon-coming judgment day. Their vociferous, unscientific denials of God will not negate his existence and will not negate their appointment with him at the Great White Throne. ...for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts:...

Thoughts are a compilation of imaginations — images in the mind. Jesus speaks of the imaginations of the thoughts, and the images behind the thoughts, of those who reject truth in John 3:19-20:

The burden of the beasts of the south: into the land of trouble and anguish, from whence come the young and old lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent, they will carry their riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures upon the bunches of camels, to a people that shall not profit them.

MAN SAID dinosaurs are still among us, having simply evolved into hummingbirds.

Now THE RECORD. First of all, just over 6,000 years (the age of the universe) is not enough time for macroevolution to have occurred in any form. Also, with science's recent discoveries of the irreducible complexity of life, such as the intricacies of DNA, life's biological motors, etc., many scientists have come to the stark conclusion that even billions of years couldn't get it done.

Evolutionists have been backpedaling rather consistently, whether it's concerning the age of the earth's human race, their theory of Neanderthals, dinosaurs' soft, flexible blood vessels and cells, or the plethora of uncovered fossilized frauds, etc. In spite of the many challenges defaming their positions, they continue to speak with authority without even the slightest hint of a rosy blush.

One such example of false evolutionary claims spoken and published with authority is the following excerpt reported in Discovermagazine in the July 2005 issue. Kevin Padian, professor of Integrative Biology and curator of the Museum of Paleontology of the University of California at Berkeley, was asked what he thought was the greatest development in paleontology in the last 25 years. He responded in part,

The most important development in the field of paleontology in the last 25 years? In dinosaurs and related animals, no question: John Ostrom's discovery that birds evolved from (and are part of) theropod dinosaurs.

So said Kevin Padian, but Alan Feduccia, an ornithologist and evolutionary biologist of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, doesn't buy into it. He was interviewed in the February 2003 issue of Discover, under the title, "Plucking Apart The Dino-Birds." The following paragraphs are from that interview:

QUESTION: Some recent dinosaur fossils from China have a downy, featherlike covering. Doesn't that prove a link between dinosaurs and birds?

ANSWER: People have accepted that these filamentous structures — dino fuzz — represent proto feathers. But these things do not resemble feathers, and I don't think they have anything to do with feathers. To me, they look like preserved skin fibers.

QUESTION: So far, only one feathered dinosaur, Archaeoraptor, has been publicly acknowledged as a forgery. You think there are others?

ANSWER: Archaeoraptor is just the tip of the iceberg. There are scores of fake fossils out there, and they have cast a dark shadow over the whole field. When you go to these fossil shows, it's difficult to tell which ones are fake and which ones are not. I have heard that there is fake-fossil factory in northeastern China, in Liaoning Province, near the deposits where many of these recent alleged feathered dinosaurs were found.

QUESTION: Why would anyone fake a fossil?

ANSWER: Money. The Chinese fossil trade has become a big business. These fossil forgeries have been sold on the black market for years now, for huge sums of money. Anyone who can produce a good fake stands to profit.

QUESTION: If there are good reasons to be skeptical, why are you perceived as being on the scientific fringe?

ANSWER: The idea of being able to watch living dinosaurs by looking out at the birds in your backyard bird feeder is very appealing. The popular press naturally jumped all over it. It's also a money game. Many museums have promoted the idea of birds being living dinosaurs, and they have spent huge amounts of money on exhibits about that link. Plus, some paleontologists have spent three decades saying that birds evolved from dinosaurs, so there are careers at stake. On the other hand, there is an army of people out there who do not buy into it. We are just not as vocal as the other side.

[End of quote] The following letter to the editor is from the August 2005 issue of Discovermagazine. The headline of the letter is "Preparing For Takeoff:"

For the record, the claim that dromaeosaurs "could not fly" in June's "The Dragons of Liaoning" is false. I was the first to publish on dromaeosaurs from Liaoning having asymmetrical flight feathers on their hands, which confirmed that these dromaeosaurs had actual wings and the ability to fly. The paper describing the fossils of these flying reptiles was one of several regarding fossil birds and pterosaurs included in

, Volume 1, August 1, 2002. For the past two decades, scientists using cladistics have claimed that dromaeosaurs were nonavian ancestors of birds, representing the best examples of how ground-dwelling dinosaurs supposedly evolved into birds. This has been one of the biggest mistakes ever made in paleontology. Perpetuating this mistake does a disservice to your readership.
