Milk — Man Leads The World Astray, Again
On this website it is proven over and over again that the words found in the Holy Bible are not the words of mortals but in very fact the supernatural words of a living God...a God who created all that you can see. He accomplished it in six literal days approximately 6,000 years ago. A man once challenged me about that "6,000 year" statement. He said, "Prove it!" I reversed the question on him and asked him to prove the earth was older than 6,000 years of age. He looked blankly and offered no answer. Obviously he couldn't prove it because it simply is not. Please note that a cloud of witnesses testify of a 6,000-year-old Earth. Several subjects on this site deal with this concept. See "Dinosaurs," "6,000 Year Old Earth," and "120 Years," just to highlight three of them. As the months pass we will (God willing) continue to prove the young age of the earth over and over again. Don't forget that every Thursday at approximately 7:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, we launch a brand new subject. Tune in, put your feet up and enjoy the power of truth. GOD SAID milk...whole milk. God dubbed the land of promise given to the children of Israel as "the land of milk and honey." From the mother's breast to sheep, goats' and cows' milk, God endorses milk as a fountain of health, delivering the rudiments of life. The first occurrence of milk in the scriptures is in Genesis, Chapter 18, where the LORD, the creator himself, visits Abraham. Part of the meal Abraham prepares for his holy guest includes milk. Genesis, Chapter 18, Verses 1-8:
1 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;
2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,
3 And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:
4 Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:
5 And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said.
6 And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.
7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetched a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.
8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.
MAN SAID to forget about the Bible because its writers were not aware of the negatives of whole milk. Man also said that after adolescence, milk is no longer important. Man's position is that whole milk is detrimental to health because of its high fat content, so drink low-fat or better yet, skim milk. Man says that there are better sources of calcium, etc., etc.
Now THE RECORD. Isn't it amazing that every time God makes a directive, man stakes out a position against it? Milk is very highly endorsed by God. Consequently, man has aggressively opposed it. Man has successfully typecast milk, more directly, milk "fat," as a health boogie-man. New evidence, which I'll outline later, makes it clear that we've been led astray...again. Without milk fat the body cannot assimilate the milk's calcium. Consequently, those drinking skim milk are not getting the calcium they thought they were. Today a relatively modern epidemic is the one called osteoporosis, which is brittle bone disease. Are you beginning to see linkage between man's choice of skim milk and this dread disease?
The following quote is from an article published by Web MD:
Our children are in the midst of a "calcium crisis," according to food and nutrition experts. But there are things you can do to assure that your kids don't suffer the long-term effects of not getting enough calcium in their diet.
Only 14% of girls and 36% of boys age 12 to 19 in the U.S. are getting the recommended amounts of calcium, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Close to 90% of adult bone is established by the end of the teen years. So if kids are off to a bad start in getting enough calcium, says the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), down the road, they are at serious risk of developing the brittle-bone disease osteoporosis as well as other bone diseases.
"Osteoporosis is a pediatric disease with geriatric consequences," said Duane Alexander, MD, director of NICHD, in a news release.
And then again the article reads:
Kids are not getting enough calcium, in part, because they are drinking too many soft drinks and non-citrus drinks instead of milk, which is full of calcium and vitamin D. But milk consumption is on the decline.
Alexander explains that the number of fractures among children and young adults already is increasing, probably due to lower intakes of calcium.
And pediatricians are also seeing a rise in kids with rickets, a bone disease that results from low levels of vitamin D, according to the NICHD. Rickets became almost nonexistent when vitamin D was added to milk in the 1950's, but doctors are now seeing this devastating bone disease among kids.
"As these children get older, this calcium crisis will become more serious as the population starts to show its highest rate of osteoporosis and other bone health problems in our nation's history," Alexander said.
Dr. Hulda Clark, a famous naturalist and author weighed in concerning milk in her 604-page book titled The Cure For All Diseases. She recommends three cups of milk a day with at least 2% butterfat. The doctor said, "It takes bile to make calcium absorbable, yet milk with less than 2% butterfat does not trigger the gall bladder to empty its bile at mealtime." Note that fat in milk is necessary if the calcium is to be absorbed into the body's bones. The doctor says even calcium tablets are no substitute for whole milk.
Dr. R.C. Sprong with the Department of Nutrition, Quality and Safety at Nizo Food Research in the Netherlands said concerning new research:
There was some evidence that milk may protect against bacterial infections and it's already known that some kinds of fatty acids can kill bacteria. So we wanted to look at the positive effects of milk fats.
Web MD went on to discuss this matter and the following excerpt is from that article:
Her team isolated the critical components -- fatty acids and sphingolipids -- from regular cow's milk, and tested them on a few of our most menacing bacterial foes: Campylobacter, Salmonella, E. coli 0157H7, and Listeria. These are the dreaded, foodborne bugs that wreak havoc on the gut. They cause most people a few days of miserable diarrhea and vomiting, but they can be deadly for the very young, very old, and those with weakened immune systems.
"We didn't test the whole spectrum of bugs that can induce gastrointestinal infection, because we didn't look at viruses," says Sprong, "but we did look at the most important bacteria that cause the majority of foodborne illnesses here in the Netherlands and in the United States."
The researchers prepared special petri dishes to mimic the highly acidic environment of the human stomach. Then, to ensure that any findings would reflect the actions of the milk, and not just the specially prepared dishes, they did a test run on all the bacteria, without the milk. Just about all the bugs survived.
Next, they grew bacterial colonies on the special petri dishes, and watched what happened when they added the milk components. Although it worked better on some than others, the overall effect was fairly dramatic. The bugs died. "Listeria and Campylobacter were most sensitive [to the isolated milk products], while E. coli and salmonella were less sensitive," says Sprong.
Because it contains higher concentrations of the key components, "full fat milk may be more protective than skim milk," says Sprong. "But the message is not just to drink more high-fat milk."
[Dr. Greg Miller of the National Dairy Council said,] "these researchers were looking at the same isolate levels that you'd get from drinking a glass of whole milk." So, he says, given the potential benefits, if you're looking to maintain a low-fat diet, you might want to cut the excess from an area other than milk.
New research from the Department of Nutrition at the University of Tennessee found that the more milk products such as yogurt or cheese people consume the leaner they are. The research has also found that a regular diet of yogurt (two cups daily) caused blood pressure to drop.
More new research shows that vitamin D is an important ingredient in the prevention of fractures because it also helps the body assimilate calcium...and wouldn't you know it...fortified milk is a great source of vitamin D.
For 6,000 years Satan and his followers have contradicted the word of God, but as they have been in the past, they are now again invariably proven wrong.
GOD SAID, "drink whole milk with the fat."
Now you have THE RECORD.
